Dear;

HTP SEEKING IGP INVESTIGATION INTO MYSTERIOUS KILLING OF YOUNG WOMEN NEXT TO NAMASUBA HILL SHRINE.

Subject above is regards to the aftermath and state of anarchy engulfing the residents of Namasuba and neighboring areas that have approached us. The citizens of this great nation who have communicated to us are concerned that the police have not handled well the situation on the hill of Namasuba, next to a shrine which has become a pound of bloodshed and has seen four young beautiful women killed in a period of 3 months. The recent scenario was yesterday where a female student who was seen a few hours earlier was found dead in that very place. It’s reported that these girls are raped before they are killed next to this shrine which we have visited personally.

Residents who prefer anonymity who have approached us suspecting the witch doctors in the shrine who have threatened them if they disclose any information on what they see or hear have told us that a week earlier 3 girls who are presumed to be studying in a nearby school escaped from the shrine after sensing danger and they told the locals that they had been dragged to the shrine by unidentified people. At scene yesterday no journalist was allowed to record the events when the body of the young woman was being taken by the police, we have obtained a picture of the woman who was found dead.

We seek immediate intervention and investigation into these continuous murders and ask the government to shut down the shrine as well as stop artists who frequent that area and are seen and smoking drugs. It’s the responsibility of the state to protect her citizens and that’s the reason why we call for your immediate response.

Sincerely

Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin

President/ Founder
